For Online Card Class Day 1: Faux Die Cut Birthday Card

I used my Cricut to cut balloons on the white cardstock panel and adhered the panel (minus the balloons) onto a portrait-style A2 size card.  The colored balloons were also cut with the Cricut using Above Rubies Studio Paper Layerz paper.  Stars and sentiment are from Simon Says Stamp, inks are Memento Tuxedo Black, Stampabilities (yellow), Color Box (green), and Peacock Feathers.  Balloons' strings were stamped with a balloon stamp (from Walmart).

I used the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge for this card ("father" image, which cut the square in the center).  I cut the card from white cardstock and the liner from purple paper (although it looks more like blue in the picture) bought at Hobby Lobby.  The embossing was done with my Cuttlebug and embossing borders.  I stamped a butterfly with versamark ink onto the purple square (cut with the liner) and used gold embossing powder.  Flowers' centers are gold stickles dots.  I can't remember what stamp set the sentiment came from, but it says "Gratitude is a memory of the heart".  The envelope was also made with the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge ("father" image), and I put a stamped and embossed butterfly on the back.

The challenge was to make Christmas cards representing each of the 4 seasons (cool for winter, warm for fall, pastel for spring, bright for summer).

I made this card for my son's birthday.  I used:

Base card (5 1/2 x 4) from a package from Hobby Lobby
Black and gray cardstock and patterned paper were scraps
Camera and layers cut at 3" from Create-A-Critter Cricut Cartridge using my Expression
Pop dots on back of the camera
Glossy Accents (can't really tell from this photo) on the lens and little window
Brads and eyelet from my stash
SewEasy Fancy Floss (black/silver variegated) for the wrist strap - and a glue dot to hold it in place

Lady Bug Card

I started out with a packaged card (4 x 5 1/2) that I bought on sale at Hobby Lobby. Then I used:
Black cardstock - Colorbook from Walmart
Pink cardstock - Paper Studios from Hobby Lobby
Ladybug cardstock - Nana's Kids 6x6 pad
Green flowers - from my stash
Yellow dots on flowers - Viva Decor Sunny Yellow.
Ladybug and layer were cut with my Cricut from the Walk in My Garden cartridge at 2", and then I ran both through the Cuttlebug with Swiss Dots folder. The ladybug is attached with an Action Wobble.  I'm not sure about the sentiment stamp (very few of mine are in their original packaging), and I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I also put a pink Stickles dot on each of the white flowers on the paper, but they're hard to see.  The border punch I used is from EK Success, but I can't remember the name of this particular one.

Sympathy

I found blank gate-fold cards with envelopes on sale (12 for $1.97) at Hobby Lobby.  Patterned paper, ribbon were from my stash.  Butterflies were punched with Martha Stewart punch, and dotted with Viva Decor Ice White.  Scalloped circle and circle were cut from pre-loaded images on my Cricut Imagine.  Since they aren't in their original packaging, I don't know where the stamps came from, but the ink is Memento Tuxedo Black.

Day 11: Super Sketchy Sunday

This A2 size card was  made with paper from my scrap drawer.  I used the Gypsy to adjust dimensions on the pink and black mats and cut them out with the Expression.  Since most of my stamps are not in their original packaging, I am not sure where these came from.  Dress form is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Tape measure was stamped with VersaMark and Tim Holtz Worn Lipstick, and then I added clear embossing powder and heat set it.  Used a 1 1/4" circle punch, and when I know what sentiment I want to use, I'll stamp it on a pink half-circle and adhere it.  The buttons are from my stash.

Day 10: BFF Birthday Card

I have had the same BFF since we were 14 years old.  I saw a Father's Day card with the sentiment "No one could ever fill your shoes", and thought that was a very appropriate sentiment for her birthday since we've been BFFs almost 45 years (which then tells you how old we are!  ha ha).  The sentiment was printed on pink cardstock with my computer, and I used a 1 1/4 circle punch to cut it out.  The A2 size gate-fold card was made from white card stock.  I used my Gypsy and Gypsy Wanderings cartridge for the high heels and cut them with my Expression.  The scalloped circle was cut with the Imagine.  All paper came from my scrap drawer, and the bling was from my stash.

Running Shoe Birthday Card

This running shoe card was cut using cardstock scraps, a free svg file from svg.com, and my Cricut Expression.  I made it for my nephew's 17th birthday.  He is on the high school cross country team, and his cake had a picture of him in his uniform on it.  The card matched - and neither my sister or I knew what the other was doing!

Day 9: Tag, You're It

Tag was from a package I bought several years ago.  I randomly inked it with Tim Holtz distress inks in Peeled Paint, Dusty Concord, Pink Lipstick, Orange Marmalade, and ... I'm not at my desk and forget the name of the blue.  Ribbon is from my stash, I used Memento Tuxedo Black to stamp the sentiment (Fiskars).

Day 8: Circle Up

The paper I used for the mat (Spring Giddy Grasshopper) already had circles on it.  I punched additional circles from scraps of cardstock and stamped with a Fiskars stamp and VersaMark ink.  Then I used clear embossing powder and heat-set the image on those circles.  The image looks a little similar to those on the paper.  The sentiment is from TPC Studios, stamped with VersaMark ink, and heat-embossed with blue embossing powder. Ribbon and buttons were from my stash.

Day 7: Color Scheme

Cardstock and the sticker are from my stash.  I ran the purple mat through the Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder.  Bunny, basket, and eggs were cut with the Doodlecharms Cricut Cartridge.  I used VersaMark ink and clear embossing powder for the images on the eggs.  Wiggly eyes and some pink chalk help define the bunny's character a bit.  The basket and bunny paws are adhered with pop dots.  And I used a white gel pen to stitch around the basket. The green isn't showing up very well - it almost looks tan in this picture, and I'm not sure why.

Day 6: Keep it Simple

The patterned paper is Paper Studio vintage, sentiment stamp is CTMH.  I used VersaMark ink and clear embossing powder.  Frame was cut from a pre-installed image on the Cricut Imagine and a scrap of brown cardstock.  Ribbon and button were from my stash.

Day 4: Super Sunday Sketch

I used an image from the e-Craft machine that was similar to the one on the Super Sunday Sketch and sprayed it with Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Mist.  The sentiment is hard to see in this picture, but it was stamped with VersaMark ink, sprinkled with clear embossing powder, and heat-set. The mat is cardstock from a Nana's Kids stack.  Butterflies were made with a Martha Stewart punch, and the dots were made with a Viva Decor Ice White Pearl Pen.  Ribbon and pink cardstock were scraps.

Day 2: Imagine This: Sunrise

The paper is from a stack of Nana's Kids cardstock.  Sun was cut using Gypsy Wanderings, waves were cut with the Disney Princesses Dreams Come True cartridge.  Sentiment is from TPC Studios, and the ink is Memento Tuxedo Black.  The sentiment is hard to read, but it says "Friends fill your life with joy, your soul with sunshine, and your heart with love".  I started to add embellishments, but decided to keep it simple instead.

Day 5: Splattered

The paint is actually paint we used on a bedroom wall!  The clouds, bird, and grass were cut out using the Cricut Imagine and Imagine More and Plantin Schoolbook cartridges.  Flowers were from my stash, stems were drawn with a marker, and the dots are Viva Decor Sunny Yellow.  I didn't add a sentiment yet because I'm not sure what I want to use.
